How the tiers work

Full fade: 99% or more: the fade reaches the top of this weapon's own scale.
95%+: Nearly full; the first band most buyers accept as a full fade.
90%+: A strong fade, visibly more colour than the average seed.

FAQ

What is Fade percentage?

How much of the fade gradient the paint seed places on the visible part of the model. Each weapon is scaled on its own: its fullest seed is 100% and its weakest 80%, so a 100% Karambit and a 100% Glock are each the best of their own kind, not equal to each other.

Which skin has the most full fade seeds?

AUG | Amber Fade, with 63 seeds at 99% or more out of 1,001. The table above shows the top five of every skin.

How do I see a seed in game?

Every seed in the table has an inspect link. It opens Counter-Strike 2 through Steam and shows that exact seed on the skin, without owning the item. The pattern page of each skin also finds that seed for sale.

Does the float change the pattern?

No. The seed fixes where the texture sits; the float only adds wear on top of it. A full fade stays a full fade at any float, but scratches can hide colour on a worn copy, so most pattern buyers want a low float too.
