Costs are the parts at today's prices, not a finished craft's resale value.

Craft costs add up the parts from the Skinport price snapshot (the lowest listing, or an estimate where nothing is listed): the skin at the cheapest copy of its exterior, whatever its pattern, plus the stickers and charm unapplied. Where Skinport lists nothing (Katowice 2014 stickers, say) the Steam Market price stands in and the total is marked approximate. It isn't what a finished craft sells for, and applied stickers can't be resold separately.
